Pictures and videos are powerful tools which can show truth or spread lies, depending on one manipulates them. As the Neocons plan yet another war in Iran, a website called Photo Activists for Peace has been set up to counter the claims of the Bush administration and the compliant mainstream press.
One of the creators of the site wrote an excellent article about the power of images and how they can be manipulated to produce the desired effect (in this case, for propaganda against Iran). The article may be found at:
